Form ANNLRPT Files Dataset

Form ANNLRPT filings are annual reports submitted by multilateral development banks to the SEC under Schedule B of the Securities Act of 1933. These periodic filings provide updated disclosure in connection with the issuer's debt securities programs and are required to maintain the currency of information available to investors in development bank obligations. The dataset includes all Form ANNLRPT and Form ANNLRPT/A filings submitted to EDGAR from September 2002 to present. Form ANNLRPT/A filings represent amendments to previously filed annual reports. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files. Each filing typically contains an information statement describing the development bank's organizational structure, lending and borrowing operations, financial statements, capital structure, outstanding debt securities, and risk factors relevant to the issuer's obligations.
