SEC EDGAR Filing Datasets & Structured Data (1993–Present)

Download complete historical SEC filing datasets as compressed archives (.jsonl.gz or .zip), organized by year and month based on the filedAt timestamp of each filing. Each dataset can be expanded to browse available files and to download all or individual archives.

The total dataset size represents the compressed size of all containers combined. Uncompressed sizes are approximately 10-15x larger. For example, the total compressed size of the Form 10-K dataset is approximately 30 GB, while the uncompressed size exceeds 300 GB.

All datasets are updated daily between 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM EST.
