Form T-3 is an application for qualification of a trust indenture filed pursuant to Section 307(a) of the Trust Indenture Act of 1939. It is required when debt securities are to be issued under an indenture that is not subject to registration under the Securities Act of 1933, providing the SEC with the information necessary to evaluate the indenture's compliance with the Act. The dataset includes all Form T-3 and Form T-3/A filings submitted to EDGAR from January 1994 to present. Form T-3/A filings represent amendments to previously filed applications. For each accession number, a metadata file and all documents in the original EDGAR submission are included except image files. Each filing typically contains information about the applicant and its affiliates, a description of the indenture securities, a copy of the trust indenture to be qualified, any prospectus or communication to be provided to security holders, and relevant court findings or orders where applicable.
