How risk factors changed

  • Comparison: 10-K FY2025 filed 18 Feb 2026 acc 0001783879-26-000023 against 10-K FY2024 filed 18 Feb 2025 acc 0001783879-25-000049.
  • Prediction markets moved into the core risk list: event contracts and the Rothera exchange joint venture are new summary risks in FY2025, and by Q3 2026 Robinhood states it has already pulled certain new event contracts under state enforcement pressure.
  • Crypto product risk shifted from price volatility to legal status: summary bullets on crypto price swings and payment misuse were dropped, while staking, onchain lending, Stock Tokens and perpetual futures were added.
  • Market structure rules carry specific dates: odd lot data (operative 27 Apr 2026), Rule 605 reports (1 Aug 2026) and tick size and access fee caps (delayed to Nov 2027) are each tied to possible lower PFOF.
  • New business lines bring new exposure in 2026: Trump Accounts trustee role, underwriting since Jun 2026, Robinhood Agents and leveraged perpetual futures since Sep 2026.
  • Summary list length changed from 29 bullets (FY2024) to 28 (FY2025) and stayed at 28 in the Q1 and Q3 2026 Forms 10-Q.
