Latest Form 8-K Filings with Item 9.01

List the most recently filed SEC Form 8-K disclosures that include Item 9.01 (Financial Statements and Exhibits). Item 9.01 filings accompany earnings releases announced in press releases, and include financial statements, investor presentations and other supporting materials submitted as exhibits to a Form 8-K.

The following example demonstrates how to use the Query API to identify 8-K filings that disclose Item 9.01 and retrieve them in reverse chronological order, starting with the most recent filings.
