Latest SEC EDGAR Filings

Retrieve the most recent EDGAR filings using the match-all search expression formType:*. This query matches any of the more than 400 SEC EDGAR form types.

The example returns metadata for the 20 latest filings, including the form type, filer CIK, ticker symbol, publication timestamp, filing URL, associated exhibits, and additional filing details. Results are sorted by the date and time the filings were accepted by the EDGAR system (filedAt), with the most recent filings returned first.

To paginate through older filings, increment the from parameter by 20 with each request to retrieve the next set of results.
