Find SEC Correspondence and Letter Filings

Retrieve the most recent correspondence filings exchanged between the SEC and registrants. These filings capture written communications related to SEC reviews, comments, and responses.

The query searches for filings submitted under the form types CORRESP and LETTER (= UPLOAD), and returns recent correspondence across all issuers, sorted by EDGAR acceptance timestamp (filedAt).
