SEC EDGAR Filing Search Sandbox

Search across all 18 million EDGAR filings from 1993 to the present, and over 100 million filing exhibits from more than 800,000 EDGAR filers. Explore the SEC filing search capabilities of the Query API with various search queries, such as finding the latest 10-K filings, finding filings by company ticker, or searching historical filings by date range. Search Query Editor

Find all proxy statements for a specific company using its ticker symbol, CIK, or other search criteria. The following search query returns all definitive proxy statements filed on SEC Form DEF 14A by NVIDIA over the last 20 years. Change the ticker value to search for proxy statements of other companies, such as ticker:AAPL for Apple or ticker:MSFT for Microsoft.
