Latest Form 3 Filings — New Insider & Director Appointments
Retrieve the most recent SEC Form 3 filings, the initial statement of beneficial ownership filed when an insider — a director, officer, or 10%+ shareholder — first becomes subject to Section 16 reporting at a public company.
Because Form 3 must be filed within ten days of an insider taking their role, this endpoint is a reliable real-time signal for tracking newly appointed directors and board members, executive hires, and the arrival of new 10%+ holders. Each filing reports the insider's starting ownership in the company's securities at the time of appointment.
The results include original Form 3 filings only, excluding amended filings (3/A) and the unrelated mutual fund form N-3.
