Search SEC Filings Published Within a Specific Date Range

Retrieve SEC Form 13F institutional ownership filings submitted within a specific date and time range. This example targets 13F filings accepted by the EDGAR system between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM on September 15, 2021.

Using a time-based range filter on the filedAt field allows precise retrieval of filings published during a defined window, which is useful for event-driven analysis or monitoring filing activity.
