Form 4 Filings by CIK
Retrieve the most recent insider trading transactions using the insider's CIK. In this example, the query targets filings reported by Mark Zuckerberg (CIK 1548760).
The results include SEC Form 4 filings that disclose purchases, sales, or other changes in beneficial ownership. Amended filings (4/A) and unrelated form types are excluded to focus on original transaction reports.
To search for insider trading activity of other executives or insiders, replace the cik value in the query with the corresponding CIK.
